City of Whittlesea Grants
Welcome to the City of Whittlesea SmartyGrants webpage.
We are currently making changes to many of our Grants due to updates to our 2024-2025 Community Grant Guidelines.
Grants will open for Small, Medium, Large and Individual Grants on Thursday 15 August 2024.
The following Grants will open on Monday 19 August 2024,
- Unincorporated Group Grants and
- Emergency Grants.
The grants open below are not impacted by the update to our Community Grant Guidelines and are open for applications.
This is where you can apply for grants offered by Council.
To apply for the grants noted below you need to register or log in using the link above.
After registering you will be able to:

Apply for open grant rounds

Submit acquittal/progress reports (acquittal forms are linked to successful grant applications)

Submit project variation requests. E-mail community.grants@whittlesea.vic.gov.au to link the project variation form to your application. You can then submit the form in the same way you submitted your grant application.
